Nasraldin Omer, CPA, EA, PhD, is the Founder and Principal of Nastech Financials LLC. He holds a doctoral degree (PhD) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Enrolled Agent (EA), authorized to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service. His professional approach reflects a strong academic foundation combined with rigorous regulatory and professional qualifications. Mr. Omer brings more than 15 years of accounting experience, over 7 years of professional tax experience, and more than 10 years of teaching accounting at the university level as an Assistant Professor. His background integrates academic scholarship, tax practice, and public accounting, enabling him to provide clear, well-reasoned guidance on complex tax matters, financial reporting, IRS notices, audits, and regulatory requirements. He works with individuals, small businesses, contractors, and growing organizations that require accurate reporting, proactive planning, and dependable compliance support.
